Just As You Are.

There is no need to change a part,

Or try to be someone you are not.

You have a kind and honest heart,

The greatest gift that you have got.

The people who are meant to stay,

Will love you for your real face.

They will not turn and walk away,

Or make you feel out of place.

God made you strong to reach your goal,

And gave you dreams to build and grow.

He put a light inside your soul,

To guide you everywhere you go.

Be proud of all that you have seen,

The hard times made you who you are.

Stay exactly who you’ve been,

The brightest and the truest star.

Please never feel like you have to change to fit in.

You are a good person just the way you are.

There is no reason to act like someone else or try to "fix" your soul.

If the people around you don’t see how amazing you are,

Then they aren’t the right friends for you.

Everything you have been through,

The happy times and the painful ones,

Has made you the strong person you are today.

God made you exactly how He wanted you to be,

And He has big plans for your future.

Keep being yourself, keep working for your dreams,

And remember that you are already beautiful.
